• No. The prices on the website do not include GST. GST will be added at the time of invoicing.

  • Our neon signs have an average weight of 3-6kg and are pre-drilled on the acrylic back panel.

    To set up, use cable ties/strong fishing line or wire to attach to the holes in the acrylic and attach it to where you are setting up eg hanging off a backdrop or mesh. Please ensure you use plenty of knots and test.

  • We are based in Gerringong, South Coast, but can deliver to the Illawarra, South Coast and Southern Highlands. We also offer DIY/dry hire, where you can pick up and drop back the neon sign. Larger bond/security deposit charges do apply. Please inquire.

  • No. Indoor use only allowed

  • The cord from the neon sign is 1.8 meters plus 1.2 meters of cord from the power adaptor. You get another 1 meter from the adaptor to your plug. Please ensure you supply your own power board/double adaptors or extension leads as these are not included.

    All of our neon signs come with a 12V transformer and connect directly to a standard power socket. Only suitable for indoor use.

    Ensure power is switched off when plugging into sockets and before testing.

  • Yes! The remote and dimmer offer a range of brightness settings, ON/OFF options, and party modes, making the light sign flash, flicker, and pulse. They also allow you to dim the brightness of your sign, which can help with exposure when taking photos in front of your LED neon sign.

  • The colour of the neon sign may look different than viewed on your computer/phone screen, eg pink may look slightly purple or the warm white neon may look slightly brighter white

  • Our LED neon signs are only 12V and thus run at a safer voltage than a traditional neon light. Its low voltage output ensures the outer surface doesn’t heat up even after long hours of operating.

  • Please call the WEC office as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist where we can to troubleshoot.

  • Whilst we do suggest you take extra care when installing/setting up and packing down (see our instructions pdf on booking) from time to time accidents do happen. We do take a hire security bond/deposit on booking which we will use against any replacement or repair costs. Most of our neons are all custom made and once broken do require a full replacement.

  • We have a range of mesh backdrops you can secure the neon to on our website HERE, our sister business The Wedding and Event Creators also has various arch/arbour shapes you can tie the neon to. Plus if your venue has a ledge or beams this may be something you can 'rig' off as well. option

Please note: Due to regular event use our acrylic backing may show signs of wear and tear eg scratches or marks, this will not affect the neon itself and is not usually noticeable during the neon being turned on, we appreciate your understanding.
